Dr Benjamin Bartlett

Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry

Dr Benjamin Bartlett was raised in the Salt Lake valley in Utah. There he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Utah Valley University. He then attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. It was during dental school when Dr Bartlett found the desire to focus in pediatric dentistry help children feel comfortable and have positive experiences at the dentist office. He has a particular desire to treat children with special needs. Dr Bartlett completed his residency training in pediatric dentistry at the NYU Langone Maryland Site in Princess Anne, Maryland. During his time in Maryland, Dr Bartlett trained in a federally qualified health center focusing on children’s dental needs in severely underserved populations. Due to this unique residency model, Dr Bartlett was given the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients varying from healthy to severely medically compromised. Dr Bartlett is a Boards Eligible Pediatric Dentist, along with being Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified.

After six years on the east coast, Dr Bartlett decided to come back west. Joining Powell Pediatric Dentistry, he brings his goofy sense of humor to the dental office. Dr Bartlett jokes that he had to end up working with kids because he is a big child himself.

Dr Bartlett is married to his wife, Keturah, and has a 4-year-old son, Ronan. He enjoys movie nights with his family, taking his son to the park, anything to do with cooking, playing videogames, and he loves college football.
